This policy covers ihussainisami.com and the tools hosted on it, including the free Estate Agency Lead Operations Audit. I am Muhammad Sami Ullah, an independent AI & workflow automation specialist, and the sole operator of this site.

What data is collected

This site collects data only when you choose to submit it:

  • Contact form (homepage): name, email, and your message, sent via Formspree.
  • Estate Agency Lead Operations Audit: your quiz answers are processed in your own browser and are never sent anywhere unless you click "Request a free process review." If you do, your name, email, quiz answers, and calculated score/cost are sent to a secure automation workflow so I can reply to you.
  • Analytics: the audit tool silently records anonymous "audit started" and "audit completed" events (no personal data, no cookies) so I can see how many people use it. The rest of the site currently has no analytics or tracking installed.

How submitted audit data is used

When you request a process review from the audit tool, your details are sent directly to a private automation workflow (built on n8n) that I operate. That workflow:

  • stores your name, email, and audit answers in a private spreadsheet (Google Sheets or Airtable) so I can prepare a reply;
  • sends me an email or Slack notification so I know to follow up;
  • does not share your data with any third party, does not sell it, and is not used for anything beyond replying to your request.

If the automated submission fails for any technical reason, the page shows your score and asks you to email your request directly to [email protected] — in that case, nothing is stored until you send that email yourself.

Cookies

This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies, and does not use any third-party analytics cookies. The only browser storage used is localStorage, purely to remember your light/dark theme preference on this device — it is never transmitted anywhere.

Fonts and third-party requests

The audit tool's fonts are hosted directly on this site, so visiting it makes no font-related requests to any third party. The main site uses Google Fonts (Inter) for its typography; loading a page that uses Google Fonts causes your browser to request the font file from Google's servers, which involves your IP address being visible to Google in that request, under Google's own privacy policy.

Your rights

If you've submitted your details through this site and want them corrected or deleted, email [email protected] and I will action the request within a reasonable time. If you are in the UK or EU, this includes rights under UK GDPR / EU GDPR to access, correct, or erase your data.
